About MortalShell2.lol
Who we are, how we verify game data, and our relationship (none) with the game's developer.
What this site is
MortalShell2.lol is an unofficial, fan-created toolkit for Mortal Shell II: a build planner, strategy guides and a crash-fix center. We built it because launch-period information about the game is scattered, contradictory, and increasingly dominated by content farms recycling unverified advice.
Everything here is free, works without an account, and is updated within 24 hours of each developer patch. We're currently tracking Hotfix 2.0 + Balance Patch 1.
How we verify data
- Two-source minimum. Qualitative stats (HP / Resolve ratings, weapon behavior, unlock routes) are only published when at least two independent community sources agree.
- Honest labels. Crash fixes are marked Fixed / Workaround / Pending / Partially fixed — never dressed up to sound more solved than they are.
- No invented numbers. Mortal Shell II has no public text source for exact damage values. Rather than publish numbers we can't verify, we use qualitative ratings and say so.
- We name our reasoning. Where reputable tier lists disagree (Gragu: S to C across sites), we show the disagreement instead of hiding it.
- Unconfirmed means unconfirmed. Several offhand Infusion locations are marked "location unconfirmed" because nobody has reliably documented them in retail yet.
